"This letter is long overdue, but certainly not forgotten!  We have finally moved in and are just now getting settled.  It has taken quite a while to complete the building of the house, but time well spent.  As I study all of the fine details that encompass our house, I can't help to think of you and your incredible team!

Everyday I am reminded of you and your employees' attention to detail, artistry and professionalism!  I look at our cabinets and am in "awe" of your fine workmanship!  In addition, I found working with you an absolute pleasure.  I just wished our other suppliers provided 1/2 the service you did.  I can't say enough good things about you!  From the planning stages to installation, every aspect of service was outstanding!

I would also like to comment on your creativity, flexibility and patience!  This was our first and "last" house to build.  As a novice in home building, I had many questions and worries.  Your words of wisdom and expertise always put me at ease.  You even went beyond the "call of duty" to answer my questions on other area of home building.

I know we were a "challenge" for you making some unusual requests.  Not once however, did you complain or negate my suggestions.  Most contractors object to change or new ideas.  You however, embraced it!  Unbelievable!  You are a true gem and rarity in the service sector.

I can honestly say that your generosity, professionalism and workmanship attributed (in a MAJOR way) to making our house a "dream home"!  Thank you so very much!  All of your hard work and efforts are truly appreciated.  Our sincerest gratitude to you and your staff for a job well done!"
